Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. What this policy covers
Rushly is a browser-based game directory and play surface. This policy explains what data is stored locally in your browser, what data may be processed by third-party services, and how ad consent works on the site.
2. Data stored in your browser
Rushly stores a small set of product data in local browser storage to improve return-session UX:
- Saved games
- Recently played games
- Preference signals used to tune recommendations and browsing surfaces
- Your ad consent choice
This local data stays on your device unless a third-party service collects its own information directly.
3. Cookies, storage, and consent
Rushly displays a consent banner before loading AdSense. If you accept ad storage, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize or measure ads according to its own policies.
If you reject ad storage, Rushly keeps essential product storage only and does not intentionally load AdSense placements on that page view.
4. Third-party services
- Google AdSense for advertising, when ad consent is accepted
- Gamezop for embedded game delivery inside iframes
- Google Fonts for web font delivery
These providers may process device, browser, network, or ad-related data under their own policies.
5. Data retention
Local browser data remains until you clear it, switch browsers, or remove it with browser privacy tools. Rushly does not provide account sync for saved games or recent sessions.
6. Your choices
You can clear local storage from your browser, reject ad storage from the banner when prompted, or manage personalized advertising preferences with Google through Google Ad Settings.
7. Contact
